Caroline Saulnier is an industrial designer with a passion for innovation. After earning degrees from Université de Montréal and Queensland University of Technology, she founded Synetik Design in 2004. Synetik quickly grew, leading Caroline to assemble a team focused on industrial products, securing clients like Bombardier. Recognizing a client need, she co-founded Synetik Conseil in 2006, specializing in ergonomics and landing contracts with major companies.
