In 2016, Anne established her commitment to gender equality by founding "Fondsfrauen," a career network for women in the financial industry. This network has grown to become the largest of its kind in the German-speaking region, with over 3,900 members and the support of over 50 companies from the fund and finance sectors. Fondsfrauen has also conducted its own research, including the widely acclaimed study "Fearless Girls: Reasons for the Low Proportion of Women in the Financial Industry" (2018, University of Mannheim), and hosts the largest event for women in the German-speaking financial industry.
