Ana Stakaj

Bio

Ms. Ana Stakaj is an experienced manager with 17 years of grass root work in Albania developing human and economic empowerment programs for women and youth living in the most vulnerable areas. Currently, she is holding the position of the Executive Leader of the Mary Ward Loreto Foundation. She is a qualified Trainer of Trainers and specialized in Social innovation and management, Character Driven Leadership, positive psychotherapy, and community organizing with a specific target on youth and women, and in social economy and business. From November 2016 until November 2019 she was a member of the Core Group of the European Network against Human trafficking- RENATE.
