Amanda started in the hospitality and food industry from a young age, she dreamed of opening a restaurant where people could enjoy positive vibes and good food. She believes hospitality and service is the core of every business. This year she and her partner faced so many challenges as small business owners in Lebanon where the economy is in a deep downfall, despite the many obstacles they are facing, they keep on striving and working passionately.
