Robert Lee is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, Inc. (or RLC), a national nonprofit food rescue organization that has rescued over 5 million pounds of excess food, providing over 4.2 million meals to the food insecure population in over 16 US cities. Under Robert’s leadership, RLC has rapidly grown since inception in 2013 and has become the most cost-effective food rescue solution with its cost per pound efficiency to be industry leading through using an innovative and efficient method of crowdsourcing the transportation to the public. In other words, RLC is able to rescue more food with every dollar received.
