CEO Rankings has commenced production of its redesigned awards, marking a significant evolution in the programme's recognition of global business leadership. The new design emphasises not only visual impact but enduring craftsmanship, with each award precision-crafted from premium aluminium in finishes corresponding to the recipient's ranking tier — gold anodised for the top two categories, polished aluminium and brushed aluminium for the remaining tiers. Mounted on a solid aluminium base and individually engraved with the recipient's name and title, every piece stands as a permanent record of achievement.

The first series of newly designed awards is scheduled for completion in early March and will be dispatched directly to the winners of CEO of the Year 2025. Following this initial rollout, recipients from previous seasons will be offered the opportunity to receive upgraded awards reflecting the new standard.

Each award is issued with a unique Award ID and accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity, confirming that it has been produced and granted exclusively by CEO Rankings. This certification guarantees the provenance, legitimacy, and originality of every award presented.
