Clare Brass is co-founder of Department 22, a creative agency for sustainability and circular economy with a focus on the food sector.

Through the company, Clare helps all sizes of companies use design thinking and innovation to have a clearer vision of the future and to create more sustainable products and services that their customers love.

Clare is a designer by background. She was formerly leader of sustainability at Design Council, founder and director of SEED Foundation, and founder and leader of SustainRCA at the Royal College of Art.

Clare has always been a dynamic thought leader with a caring approach to her teams. Fun is an important feature of her leadership style.
