The 2025 season is approaching its conclusion. To ensure full transparency and allow nominees adequate time to finalize submissions, below is the official timeline for the season finale.

Important Dates

December 20
Deadline for submitting materials for Interview With Employees performance verification.

December 23
Final deadline to submit all other performance achievements for verification and point allocation for the 2025 season.
(Interview With Employees has a separate deadline.)
Performance submissions received after this date will be reviewed after January 1, 2026, with points still applied to the 2025 season.

December 23 – December 30 (until 5:00 PM GMT)
Voting-only period. During this time, only Individual and Corporate votes are accepted. No new performance submissions will be processed.

December 30
5:00 PM GMT – Final leaderboard snapshot to determine rankings
6:00 PM GMT – Official announcement of the World CEO of the Year across official channels

January 2 – January 15
Award shipping to winners.

Points Validity After the Season

The league operates as a continuous, year-round system. All points remain valid for 12 months from the date of vote receipt or performance verification. As a result, points earned during the 2025 season will carry over into the next calendar year.
