As a leader and inspiration to the team at FingerNails2GO Butch has driven an eight year project with the team being involved in every aspect.
Butch supports his team to become better and stronger for both themselves and the company and to make sure everyone enjoys the job of building a global brand.
When challenging the team to develop the worlds only nail art vending kiosk Butch leads the innovation with strength and courage to make wrong turns and to then correct our direction to become better at what we do.
