Josie Downey is a business leader within the biopharmaceuticals industry. She has successfully established new businesses driving profitable, sustainable growth and building iconic brands. Most recently she has led an oncology organisation across markets in Asia and is currently the Managing Director of Merck Healthcare, Australia/New Zealand. Josie is passionate about transforming organisations and developing leaders, building high employee engagement and retention. Most importantly, she is driven to improve the lives of patients through a relentless pursuit of solving access challenges to ensure that no patient is left behind.
