Being in the real estate industry for over 13 years now and having started right from the bottom, he felt that there is something lacking. Delivering a service that is personalized and bespoke along with going the extra mile for his clients wasn't exactly the focus, and in some incidents, ethics were also completely ignored. He felt passionate about changing that and decided to establish SY Capital Estates.
