Bio

A self-driven, passionate educator and ‘special-projects’ developer, Dr. Rabi holds over 20 years of unique experience in education reform, curriculum development, instructional design, content development, custom publishing, digitizing curricula, and educational professional capacity building. She has collaborated with multiple stakeholders and decision makers while working in areas related to education policy, curriculum and instruction, assessment, and professional capacity development. Dr. Rabi has been working on initiatives to improve the quality of on-line education resources offered to the global, regional and local community of digital learners.
