Lance Schultz

Bio

Lance Schultz is the CEO of Resolution Circle, a leading technology and engineering development company wholly owned by the University of Johannesburg. Resolution Circle focuses on industry-focused training, technology commercialisation, and providing innovative engineering solutions that bridge the gap between academia and industry. Prior to this, Lance served as CEO of the Pan South African Language Board, a constitutional entity to promote multilingualism, develop the official languages monitor linguistic human rights, and advance language policy. Before PanSALB, Lance was the CEO at Automotive Industry Development Centre in Gauteng, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the competitiveness of South Africa’s automotive sector through supplier/skills/supply chain development.
