Lance Schultz is the CEO of the Pan South African Language Board (PanSALB), a constitutional organ of state seeking to preserve, promote and protect the 11 official languages including South African sign language. PanSALB monitors language policy development, implementation, and linguistic human rights violations. PanSALB has established subsidiaries through National Language Bodies, National Lexicography Units and Provincial Language Committees. Before his employment at PanSALB, Lance served as Chief Executive Officer at the Automotive Industry Development Centre as CEO. The AIDC is responsible for developing the automotive sector in South Africa in the areas of supply chain, supplier dev.
