EHS was founded in 2012 by John Pettman who, for more than 25 years, has been directly involved in the world of Domestic Staff. John’s successful career spans over 10 years as a Butler / Estate Manager / Lifestyle Manager and during the past decade in recruitment of Household staff.
John’s career started at Buckingham Palace, followed by the British Embassy in Paris. Having himself managed multiple properties and staff worldwide for high profile families, his in-depth knowledge and expertise is widely recognised and highly respected.
