She has started her career path in Philip Morris marketing dept. which was followed by a 5 years progressive sales career in Pepsico. She then has moved to Nestle Professional where she finally became the General Manager during her tenure of 18 years in Nestle.
Arzu is a prominent female leader in FMCG, where she has continuously brought diversity and purpose into the business whilst delivering significant business growth during her 26 years of experience.
She has a bachelor's degree in Agriculture and Food Engineering as well as MBA and MS Food Engineer
