Anthony Vieira Da Cruz is an artisan mustard maker from Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He started handcrafting wholegrain mustards with unique flavor combinations in 2014 and his small business; Mustard Deli was established. Anthony creates over 20 small batch, made from scratch, mustard flavors with only REAL, quality ingredients and NO artificial additives. Mr mustard, as he is known by locals, is passionate about the health benefits and culinary versatility of mustard. His ethos is: uncompromising quality and ethical business practices matter, true flavour is everything, "Let there be Flavor".
