With a degree in Commercial Law and Economics from Hebrew University and extensive corporate experience, Rachelie has, since 2002, specialized in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and private equity funds. In her many years of corporate experience, she has developed business strategies, built work teams, and managed projects to their ultimate success. She works closely alongside our analysts in due diligence, helps build and manage budgets, negotiates contracts, monitors construction-related issues, and oversees compliance.
