Bio

Eric Wise is the President of Bucketsquad and a visionary leader in sportswear.

With over 2 decades of experience, Wise served as the Global General Manager of adidas Basketball, where under his leadership the category relaunched in 2022, expanding both its NBA and WNBA roster–with athlete partners like Anthony Edwards and Aliyah Boston–and appointing Candace Parker as President of adidas Women’s Basketball.
His strategy emphasized emerging talent and collaborations with industry leaders like Jerry Lorenzo of Fear of God to enhance the brand’s cultural impact. Beyond his official role, Wise was the co-chair of adidas’ United Against Racism (UAR) Council. A founding member of UAR, he championed policies that enhance diversity and inclusion within the company.
