The CEO Ranking team conducted the official prize photography ceremony today at the prestigious Portonovi Marina in Montenegro, honoring Farrukh Adeeb as this year's People's Choice Award 2025 winner. Following the ceremony, the awards will be shipped to the winner for permanent retention.
Adeeb, who serves as CEO of Cyprus-based XGroup, has maintained an active presence in the CEO Rankings league for two consecutive years, delivering particularly strong performance throughout the 2024 season. While narrowly missing the top position that year, his runner-up finish on the global CEO of the Year (COTY) leaderboard demonstrated exceptional competitive strength.
The People's Choice Award 2025 victory carries strategic significance beyond its inherent prestige and tangible awards. The win delivers a crucial +3,000 bonus points that directly impact COTY standings, providing Adeeb with substantial momentum on the leaderboard. With approximately ten weeks remaining in the current COTY season, he has established a formidable position from which to challenge the current frontrunners—Abdulaziz Almasradi in first place and Khalid Al Gahtani in second.
The timing of this achievement positions Adeeb as a serious contender in the final stretch of competition, setting the stage for an increasingly dynamic race to the season's conclusion.
